＜ご予約について＞
当社のディテールは手作業で行うため、一日当たりに対応できる自動車台数が限られています。施工内容によって所要時間が異なるため、まずはお気軽にお問い合わせください。予約につきましては「お問い合わせ」、もしくは当社のFacebookページより受け付けております。ご予約を受け付けた際は、お客様情報や施工内容のご確認のため、２営業日以内に当社のメールアドレスより返信をさせていただきます。
＜キャンセルについて＞
ご予約をキャンセルする場合は、「お問い合わせ」よりお願い致します。またキャンセル料については発生致しませんが、他のお客様との兼ね合いもあるため、なるべく早くお知らせいただけると幸いです。
＜送迎について＞
ご選択いただいたメニュー、またはご依頼いただいた車両状況により、施工時間が８時間以上になる場合もございます。当店でお待ちいただくことも可能ですが、最寄り駅までの無料送迎を推奨しております。お客様の自動車をお預かりした後、当社最寄りである瀬谷駅または三ツ境駅までお送り致します。また施工完了後につきましても、同駅までお迎えに上がります。送迎ご希望のお客様につきましては、事前にその旨をお伝えください。
＜レンタカーについて＞
レンタカーがご入り用の場合は、最寄りレンタカーショップまでの無料送迎もご提供しております。
当社近隣のレンタカーショップにつきましては、下記の通りです。
上記サイトにて、お客様ご自身でのご予約をお願い致します。また、送迎等の時間もございますので、レンタカー予約確定後は、その旨を当社までお教えいただけますよう重ねてお願い申し上げます。
Reservation
Due to the time required to detail each vehicle, there is a limit to the number of cars we can accept per day. For this reason we have setup a reservation system. For reservations please either use Facebook or use the contact page to make an appointment. The time required to detail your vehicle will depend on the type of detailing requested as well as the condition of the vehicle. After making an appointment, our team will contact you for further information.
Regarding cancelling of a reservation, please use either facebook or this page to cancel your reservation. There are no cancellation fees however please help to give advanced notice of a cancellation as we can not accept new reservations during the same time block.
Pick up and Drop off
Depending on the detail package selected and the condition of the vehicle, detailing can take as long as 8 hours or even more. We understand the wait can be long so for this reason we offer free drop off and pick up from the nearest station. After you drop off your vehicle at our Autotopia Garage, customers can chose to be either dropped off at Seya or Mitsukyo station. When the car is ready for pick up, we can pick you up from either station. For customers requesting drop off and pick up service, please notify us in advance.
Note: For liability reasons, customer’s vehicles are not used for pick up and drop off.
Rental Car
For those in need of a rental car while your vehicle is being detailed, we provide free drop off and pick up from the nearest rental facilities. If a rental is needed, please notify our team in advance.
